Join EUniversal at E.DSO “Projects in the Spotlight” event

DSOs at the center of Data Exchange

European Distribution System Operators (E.DSO), one of EUniversal partners, will be hosting its first event (webinar) of ‘Projects in the Spotlight’ series, scheduled on the 10th of March, and EUniversal is one of the panel projects.

Focusing on the enlarging role of the distribution system operators (DSO) in the data sphere, the webinar will be addressing the debate on “DSOs at the center of Data Exchange”.

“The roll out of the smart meters has brought about new opportunities but also increased responsibility with regards to the data the meters collect. It raises new questions about process, protocols, and protection which we will ask to a panel of state-of-the-art R&I projects who will highlight the role they foresee for the DSO.”

Besides EUniversal the panel counts with the participation of more two H2020 BRIDGE projects: Interconnect and Platone.

E.DSO is the key-interface between the leading electricity DSOs and the European institutions and stakeholders and the ‘Projects in the Spotlight’ series aims to promote all the work on addressing challenges in distribution operation in new innovative ways, helping to shape the future of the energy sector.
