On its 11th edition, E.DSO and ENTSO-E InnoGrid event addressed the topic: ‘Mission Acceleration’, putting the spotlight on the acceleration required for the energy transition in order to reach the European climate ambition in the coming decades.
The event was held in two days with different formats: June 14th (Online) and June 29th (Hybrid/Brussels, the Arsenal).
On June 14th, 13 innovative projects were showcased (presentations are available here and recording here). Pedro Marques, shared EUniversal innovation tools to optimise the use of flexibility at InnoGrid session “Value for Flexibility” alongside with Coordinet, DARE, Interrface and OneNet on a fruitfully debate moderated by EDSO and ENTSO-E.
The Policy Conference occurred on June 29th, and EUniversal was showcased on site by the project team, together with other projects representatives in the exhibition area.
This conference gathered policy-makers, grid operators, grid users, market participants, innovators, academics, and civil society representatives that discussed how to accelerate innovation in three key areas: electricity grids, active customers, and flexibility.
InnoGrid 2022 reached around 200 participants onsite and 300 online.
