EUniversal joined the fifth edition of the International Conference on Smart Energy Systems and Technologies (SEST), which was held in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, from 5 to 7 September 2022.
The event that was a great opportunity to discuss potential solutions to existing challenges and bring forward new ones, brought together academic researchers, industry practitioners and regulators so that SEST 2022 constitutes a forum for exchanging knowledge and best practices related to the design and implementation of smart energy systems and technologies.
The H2020 Project Special Sessions dedicated to EUniversal was chaired by Dirk Van Hertem – Associate Professor at KU Leuven, and had 6 presentations on different aspects of the project, focusing on translating advanced theoretic concepts for distribution system flexibility into practical applications.
After the 6 contributions, a short Q&A was held with good interactions with the audience.
The session was well attended and received overall positive feedback.
